BMO was ready for a redesign on five of their digital properties. They had just gone through a rebrand with AKQA and completed their Personal line and Wealth line, which utilize the new brand elements but far from a developed Design System.
I was brought in as a consultant to lead the creative planning and execution of their redesigning. It was a great experience to develop such an in depth design vocabulary for their online experience. Responsibilities included planning, resourcing, managing design team, reviews, client presentation, working with IA, studio and developers.
