IG had a fossil of a logged in experience for their existing customers, most of which voiced their frustration with the platform’s dated design and tech. A quick win for this authenticated space was to update the design with current standards, technology, and consideration for mobile and accessibility.
Adopting the Agile process, I worked closely with the Product Owner to roadmap our Design Sprints. Feature sets were planned and broken down into digestible epics, stories, tasks. I participated in the Design Sprints with the team and helped with user testing. Taking the findings, we continued with UI production into a high fidelity prototype.
